Craig K. Collins – President & CEO

As President and CEO of Perminova, Collins brings extensive experience in healthcare technology, strategic planning, operations, finance and sales and marketing. He has served as a senior executive for Fortune 100 firms and high-growth technology start-ups. Collins has raised over $47 million in venture capital and was part of a management team that executed a highly successful IPO.

Prior to joining Perminova, Collins served as President and CEO, Board Member and Founder of PetriTech, Inc., an advanced materials technology company. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing for a division of the $43 billion Cardinal Health, where he served as a key member of the division’s executive team, overseeing strategic alliances, business development, promotions and marketing communications.

Collins founded and helped launch SupplyPro, Inc., a venture-backed supply chain technology company that was a spin-off of Cardinal Health’s Pyxis Division. Collins served as Director of Marketing and Investor Relations for DAOU Systems, a computer systems integrator for the healthcare industry. While at DAOU Systems, Collins served on a management team that executed the 6th-highest-performing IPO of 1997. Collins is a longtime resident of San Diego and active in a number of business, community and charitable organizations. He holds an MBA and a BA in English from San Diego State University.
 

Tiffany Dalton – VP, Operations & Customer Service

As Vice President of Operations and Customer Service, Dalton brings to Perminova expertise in sales, finance, operations and web-based systems. In her position, she oversees a range of customer-facing activities, including product development, software deployment, training and strategic relationships. Her skills were developed during a tenure of over a decade at two Global 100 firms – HSBC and Ford Motor Co.

Dalton served as Vice President of Financial Business Analytics for HSBC, an international banking concern with over $100 billion in assets. There she oversaw financial business analysis, including product profitability and yield reporting. She also led the design of an innovative web-based pricing tool that improved both the accuracy and turnaround time of financial models. Her operational efforts helped grow the consumer mortgage lending portfolio by $500 million with a productivity gain of 10%. While at Ford, she dramatically improved both revenue and market share within California’s Central Valley. Dalton holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and a BS from Wayne State University in Detroit.
 

Eileen Lane – VP, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Lane brings to Perminova a wealth of experience in the medical technology industry, particularly in developing new markets, producing profitable sales growth, performing critical market research and building strategic alliances. She also brings advanced capacity in market research, eMarketing, social media and web analytics.

Before joining Perminova, Lane was Director of Marketing for the Cardinal Health spin-off CareFusion, a $4.5 billion global manufacturer of medical devices, where she grew $350 million in portfolio revenue by 10% year over year. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Marketing at Smiths Medical, a $1.2 billion global manufacturer of medical devices.

Lane held several marketing positions, including Vice President of Marketing, at B. Braun Medical, Inc., a $2.6 billion global manufacturer of medical products. She was New Business Development Director at Secant Medical, a developer of implantable fabrics, and Global Business Manager at Datascope Corp., the worldwide leader in IntraAortic Balloon Pump technology. She also held several product management positions at Baker Instruments Corp., a developer of diagnostic instrumentation. Lane received an MBA from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, and a BA in biology and BS in medical technology from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA.

 

Noreen Browne – VP, Sales

As VP of Sales, Browne brings to Perminova over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare products and services industry. She is expert in building and leading highly effective sales teams and has a background in driving sales growth to hospitals and physicians clinics. She has been successful in ramping sales in a variety of healthcare sectors, including cardiovascular technology, electronic medical records, IT solutions, medical devices and capital equipment.

Prior to joining Perminova, Browne served as Vice President, Cardiac Monitoring – North America, for Cardiac Science Corp., a provider of non-invasive cardiovascular technologies and software solutions. Browne’s responsibilities included North American sales for acute and primary care customers, working with 80 sales professionals and staff. Reversing a four-year negative trend and in the midst of an economic downturn, Browne drove revenue growth and supported the successful launch of six new products in a one-year span.

For more than a decade, Browne also worked for McKesson Corp., a multi-billion-dollar provider of products and services to healthcare systems, where she held positions that included Vice President of Customer Operations, Specialty Sales, Clinical Sales and Automation Group, along with Sales Executive positions. At McKesson, she led various regional sales operations, at one point guiding a team of 22 sales professionals that delivered a 20% annual growth rate. Browne served as member of the Executive Management Team for McKesson’s West Region, which was awarded Top Region for three consecutive years. Browne is certified by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota.
