Perminova is committed to adherence to published and established standards and medical best practices. This includes compliance with current standards and preparedness for future changes in regulations. We are committed to partnering with our customers to achieve the Meaningful Use needed to obtain ARRA funding.

Perminova is currently building to CCHIT requirements to achieve Meaningful Use, but whatever body becomes the standard, we will meet the requirements for HITECH.

Perminova is built on HL7 and other healthcare information standards. The company uses standard terminology sets, including ICD-9 and CPT-4.

Perminova's applications are fully HIPAA compliant.

The company's data center is SAS 70 Type II certified and will be EHNAC certified in the next six months.
