Training can be done on site, through a online help and learning center or via the web for new employees. With a new client we will typically spend the time needed to train everyone as we go through the implementation process.

Implementation is dependent on each client's situation. However, we have found that our SaaS based solutions can be implemented in as little as 1/10th the amount of time it takes to implement similar client-server based systems.
