Open Architecture
Most established vendors have built systems based on older technology that does not have the agility or scalability inherent in today's web-based, open standards development languages. Perminova's architecture model leverages the most advanced, open development technologies in order to surpass the functionality, usability, interoperability and growth capacity found in traditional medical information system offerings.
Traditional systems are not flexible enough to integrate with new and legacy applications and cannot be easily customized or quickly evolved to meet the ever-changing federal and state healthcare requirements. Perminova's open architecture enables interoperability with legacy systems in order for medical facilities to leverage previous technology investments, and provides the data abstraction tools and other technology requirements necessary to qualify for Pay for Performance (p4p) initiatives and Stimulus funds.
